Heat oil in 4-quart saucepan. Add celery, onion, and garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add tomato, tomato paste, cabbage, kidney beans, carrots, peas, green beans, parsley, hot sauce, and 11 cups of water. Stir until ingredients are well mixed.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add uncooked spaghetti and simmer for only 2 to 3 minutes.
